“Room was clean but dated. However I was bitten by bedbugs on the first night. Management had the room checked over and reckon that bed bugs were not detected. Checking a room in a couple of hours for bugs that had already had a good feed would not reveal anything. As a health care professional I was far from impressed. The bites were confirmed by my GP when I returned home. Erin in reception was amazing and supportive. Duty manager took some persuading to move me to a different room.

“Really impressed with this Hotel. Definetely would not hesitate to stay again. From when we first arrived the staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to offer great customer service. If only all hotels were like this hotel.
Definetely deserve to win a Tourism Awards for this area. As for the room, the word 'Wow' comes to mind! We heard no noise at all despite there being a wedding function on. ”

“A thoroughly enjoyable one night stay at The Beach hut. Many thoughtful extras made for a relaxed and comfortable break. Fresh milk in a fridge, also some half bottles of wine, were most welcome!
The room was delightful, calm and well decorated, also peaceful, despite facing the road.
Parking at the rear slightly hazardous as there’s a rookery to avoid! We took some mementos home on our car windscreen.
Wonderful choice of breakfasts!
