"We have & paid extra for our dog. We were given a handicap room and I nearly fell in the shower due to the slippery shower floor. Nowhere to hang towels except near the toilet!! Not good!!!"

"The staff were kind and friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows were great, the A/C worked well and the desk was nice for early morning work."
