"The view is unmatched!! There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. The front desk women, who also was the shuttle person was very helpful.The rooms are very European but efficient.. the view from our room was less attractive than my sister. But beautiful. Be mindful that it is an old building and there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The beds look uncomfortable but were comfortable .. Despite our disappointment of non updated rooms we completely enjoyed our visit to the bed and breakfast.. "

"Very welcoming with the warmness of a great bed and breakfast. The views are spectacular and so peaceful. Mary was lovely and the breakfast absolutely delicious. Local produce and loads of choice. Lovely view from our room and very comfy bed. Would highly recommend for a beautiful stay in Bellagio! We will be back "

"Hotels.com said 12 minutes walk from ferry but it was 20 minutes uphill if walking, I only went out to a good restaurant 5 minutes down the hill but it would not be safe to walk at nite so didn’t go downtown. The manager told me breakfast was 8 so phoned her & she said 8.30 I went down at 8.20 & a family was there, why did she not ring me! Otherwise 5 stars it is in a dead end so very quiet. Recommend highly if u can got a car otherwise pay more & stay downtown or Varenna which is nicer & got a train station. Manager was very good with travel advice."
