Nice staff, however the rooms smelled like mildew. . I was originally on the third floor, and they placed me on the second because of stains on the pillow pillows and the room having mildew, but the second room also smelled like mildew, and then the door wouldn’t lock if you didn’t slam it so before I left the room each time I had to slam the door and then tried to reopen it, which I was able to three times before the door actually locked. . The shower was great except water kept leaking out of the shower onto the floor and I had to use extra towels to clean it up then no one came to give me new towels or make my bed the next day and I did not have my do not disturb sign up.. . If it wasn’t for the staff being so kind, I would’ve given a 2

Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life.

Loved the Tap Room. Location was convenient for all our activities.

We stayed overnight for the WWE event. Was across the street from PPG Arena and a great price! Definitely will stay again when we come back to Pittsburgh!

Only problem was that I booked a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. When I got the email for upgrade, I did the room upgrade. Turned out the upgrade had one king and a sofa bed. The room was for 5 people. Two adults, and two kids. Had to end up getting a cot.
