“Unusable Water, Cockroach Issues, Dilapidated Neighborhood — Had to Leave Early (Photos Attached).The tap water was visibly discolored with a strong rotten-egg odor, making it unsafe for bathing or cooking. We also found cockroaches inside the home (photos attached).The surrounding neighborhood was extremely dilapidated and did not match the listing’s presentation, which raised safety and comfort concerns.Because of these issues, we had to leave early for health and safety reasons and received a……

“We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.”

“The place is good for the price. Breakfast was good. It is right across from the highway so if your room faces it you will hear the cars all night. Overall it was a decent stay.”

“The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”

“Our rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 when they clearly state that check-in is 3:00, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour which put us a real bind for the plans we had when we got to town....and we weren't the only ones. On top of that, the girl at the desk had a terrible attitude, was rude, and simply did not care. She told us they only have 1 cleaning crew and there is nothing she can do. That may have been the case, but that is not the problem of your paying guests. Figure it out! ……
