Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. The voice of the jungle speaks at night. As we are active travelers we spent much time exploring the island and scuba diving , then would come back to our room to cool off in the pool and relax with the million dollar view! “The property has no parking available and is currently under construction, so what you see in the picture advertised is not what it actually looks like. Overall 4/10”

“The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms.
