“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”

“The room was clean, but I never saw staff at the counter anytime I came and went over the course of that few days. Rooms and hotel were very sparse of amenities- like coffee or lobby music or staff to greet you. It seemed there was construction going on.
