"The room was tiny. The bed was small and not a double as advertised. Bed could only fit in the room by being pushed up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. "Stayed for two nights while exploring the local area. Room was spotless 👍 in fact everywhere was very clean and well presented. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb 👌 Will definitely stay again. Lovely, friendly and well situated."

The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. "Check in was made easy as I bumped into the handy man at the property and he was super helpful, thank you! The flat was well equipped and comfortable. The main down side was that it is directly opposite the Pear Tree pub. Clientele at the pub were outside and raucous until 2am which was very disturbing ..."
