The reception staff i encountered were so friendly and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, the bar staff were friendly as were the spa and leisure centre staff.

The Maids Head Hotel
The hotel is good. Room was a bit noisy as we faced the kitchen fan extractor. Ear plugs were complimentary. Breakfast was good as well but juices not great. Good location in Norwich.

Wellington Apartments
Always nice staff and a clean room. Not luxurious but spacious. Price is great too.

Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Number 10 The Abbey
Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac.
