“There was stuff attacked through out the first floor, maybe upgrades, I don’t know. Made it difficult to get around. Only has ice on one floor. Was scheduled to sat two days but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere”

“We rebook here because the beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is good. All usual fair but really good . Breakfast lady is super nice and keeps the food hot and ready . We booked the suite this time and it was nice and lots of room. Very safe area . I would suggest some attention to the pool area. We enjoyed it but it needs attention. Madison itself is amazing!! Lots to do .”

“This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in……
