"Good location for going to a game and close to the airport. My only issue was that there was no shuttle driver available for my pickup and drop off back to the airport. The shuttle from the Embassy suites picked me up from the airport after I was waiting for 40 minutes. Last night when I called for the shuttle to take me back to the airport I was told there was no shuttle service until 530 possibly because they had no driver. A bit ridiculous considering they say the shuttle is 24/7. So I had to take an uber. My flight was at 7am flying back to Toronto, so I couldn’t wait until 530 to possibly be told there is still no driver available. Also the person at the front desk told me I could go across the street and catch a shuttle from Microtel hotel. Just weird"

"Shuttle driver got fired and we needed him to pick up n drop off. Waited for an hour and caught a ride with double tree and Otis took us back to the embassy. When we called and the hotel and she said the driver would be there shortly and he was fired all along. Who lies like that...Otis has been trying to get with embassy so tembassy we strongly urge you to hire this young man. Very polite and considerate"

"Hotel was amazing. Just a minor improvement are needed , a Desk is in the room with no power to plug in your computer , the bathroom small but unique the vanity had no make up mirror or proper lighting to put makeup or contacts on. Overall, I would go back again.."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast had a good selection. The gym was also very good, although often crowded. The main downside was the service. Housekeeping was only provided every two days, and the room could use a few more basic amenities. We requested a kettle but never received one. We also had to follow up several times with the front desk after being told someone would come to our room but no one showed up. The staff could also have been more helpful and welcoming. Overall, a good hotel with a great location, but the service could be improved."
