“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. “The place is awesome. Its a beautiful little apartment in a great location. Becca, the host, was so kind and a great communicator. The issue I had is unfortunate because everything else was awesome. The master bed smelled BAD. The linens and pilliows had a definite odor. Everything appeared to be super clean. I don't know if the mattress needs to be replaced or what but it was bad. I hope they get it figured out because other than the bed, everything was great. ”
