Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection

"The staff was the best part. I booked through expedia and did not receive a handicap accessible room but the room was large enough for me to maneuver around and staff brought up a shower chair. I booked the room 2 months in advance. The doors were broken on the bathroom and closet, which maintenance came up right away to look at, and also a big white stain on the carpet but house keeping came with like 4 people and the clean it up right away. Some random person used a key card and walked in my room while I was in the room looked around and said oh this isn't my room. This definitely made the stay a little more on edge but the security staff was able to change out all the key cards and told us that everything should be good. I got to say I loved the room for the 3 days for the price I booked it. It was attached to the Jack casino but later at night they lock you out and you have to walk outside with possible homeless, I think I had to squeeze through a group of 20 homeless or so people between 12 and 2am to go around the building to get back to the room. I would love to have the option to use my phone to hook to the TV to watch Netflix or prime or YouTube."

"our room was huge. We were across from the airport and the noise was minimal. There was no noise from the upper floors - the building was solid. My only complaint was there were no floor or table lamps in the room. During the day light was plentiful coming from huge windows. At night the room needed additional lighting."
