“The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again.”

“When we walked into the room, the toilet is not flushed. There is debris on the carpet still. We requested to change a room, we were told all rooms are sold out so that room cannot be changed. The front desk girl is cold and said someone will come to clean the bathroom, but we waited an hour and nobody came and we have to clean ourselves.
