“We really enjoyed our stay in this clean modern condo. All communications with the host were answered immediately. The instructions on how to get into the apartment were easy to understand and we had no problems. The location was great and we walked to McGill for a graduation we were attending and we were also able to walk to the Old Town. “The vendor had a lot of conditions prior to check in and ended up charging us more when I informed them that my two daughters would be staying with us, this was not on the website. “Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing.
The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply.
