It’s important to understand that this is not a true hotel room or property, but extended stay apartments where long-term tenants reside in the same buildings as rooms that are rented for shorter stays. This caused an issue because our kids disturbed a downstairs neighbor while they were simply playing. There was no information left on how to dispose of trash, so we drove around with trash bags until we found the one dumpster for the entire property. The pool doesn’t look anything like it does in the photos, and its claim to be a “resort style” pool is a joke. There were cracks in the concrete and no shaded areas. The restrooms were not open at the pool and we had to walk into the front office dripping wet to locate a toilet.
