No other rooms available because of the golf tournament. 6” hairball on floor. Bathtub drain took 10 minutes to drain out. Outside secured entrance blocked open with a block. Took 20 minutes to get checked in because he couldn’t decide on the 3 rooms which was closer to the entrance because of my COPD. One towel, hand towel and washcloth for a 5 day stay. BEEN GOING HERE FOR 18 YEARS, BUT NO MORE!!!!!!!

The staff is excellent, especially Tiara! To be fair all staff were helpful and kind…Tiara just stuck out a bit more and radiated helpfulness. And…just as important…my bed was unreal for comfort. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back for golf…the location was perfection!

Came back after 24 hours to the room to find the room open, my belongings missing and room turned over. They mixed check ins and counted me as a no show. After discussing with concierge, they found another room, and requested *I* call Expedia to remedy the situation. My belongings were eventually returned on an industrial cart, clothes piled on top in a heap, smelling as if they had been thrown in a dirty clothes hamper. No apology was offered. After finally able to clean up and change clothes, someone attempted to badge in to my room, and would have entered if not for the safety latch. The assistant manager was there and stammered an apology, insisting the computer showed the room as open.

Hotel is poorly managed. Rooms weren’t clean when guests arrived to their rooms. Towels were hard to come by. Property is not being maintained. Courtyard is overrun with weeds and is unkempt. Pool and hot tub are broken but still filled with swampy water. Exit doors work without a key. No identification is asked for when asking for a new room key. Staff was very kind but there were many issues.

This was a cheap stop over and unfortunately, we got what we paid for. First off, front desk closes at 11pm, we had no idea, arrived at 12:15am. I rang the hotel and someone luckily did come to check us in, but didn't seem too happy about it. The room was modest, but very dirty, especially the bathroom. The tub was visibly dirty and had 2 spiders in it and there was some sort of liquid running from the back wall. Carpets in the room were stained, but the beds, thankfully were passable. I can't recommend this unless you're on a really tight budget and just don't care. Overall, staff was reasonably friendly, though we had very little interaction with them.

The room reserved was sold with substitution not acceptable. Check in took 1.5 hours. Many others having same problem formed 2 long lines to attempt check in. One guest very upset, cursing. Another returned to desk to get another room stating his room had not been cleaned. Hallways hot. Ice machines, pool and spa not working with signs posted. Site description not updated to include that information. Rooms and linens not clean, musty dirty odor in rooms, no wash clothes in entire hotel.

Hotel stay was great. Staff was/is phenomenal & helpful. My only issue(s): 1- only one ice machine worked and it was on the 1st floor. 2- “Door #3” didn’t read the room key to let me in the door. 3- pictures show microwave in rooms, however that’s not the case.

I called the day before to see if I could arrive a few hours early, I was informed that I could, and three hours before check-in, I arrived at the hotel. I was informed that I couldn't check in early. I asked the woman whether she was the same as the one I had spoken to the day before, and she acknowledged that, but she said I couldn't check in. She was simply really impolite. Moreover, it was quite insulting. Two $120 charges were made to my card when I returned to the hotel to check in. I paid in advance and made my hotel reservation on Expedia. When I eventually had a chance to check in, I was informed that my card was being declined. I verified that my payment was made ahead of time and that my card shouldn't be being charged. Now that I've checked into the hotel, two employees told me that expedia.com will compensate me. I had to ask for a receipt before I could go to my room because they did not offer it to me when they finally handed me my key card. The receipt stated that it was a $120 booking deposit, however they charged me twice for it and deducted one of them. (It would not had happened if I didn’t request a receipt) There was only a single face towel in my room when I first got there. I made my way to the lobby and asked for towels. That was the first time I had a good experience with the glasses-wearing woman; she was the kindest member of the crew. My towels and trashed was never touched. No food was offered in 8:00 in eating area but cereal and apples.

The room floors and hallways could be a little cleaner. The staff are hit or miss when it comes to requesting for a late check out. Overall I’d give this property a 3/5 would probably stay again because they are courteous with changing and cleaning the rooms upon request.
