La casa hermosa, la habitación muy linda. El restaurante no esta abierto todo el dia. El desayuno se acaba temprano. La señorita de la limpieaza se la pasa tocando puertas desde temprano. Queriamos tomar una copa de vino y nos dijeron que teniamos que comprar la botella completa.

We booked one of the rooms into the main building. All the white women at the front desk are extremely passive aggressive, from check in to asking them to inform housekeepers to service our room it was always an issue, made us feel like we were supposed to do our own rooms. If I have to ask to get my room done all I want to hears is yes ma’am and not “was this discussed in advance” etc. Their pool is not heated, there is heating in the changing rooms and pool area but pool is absolutely not heated, again when asked they got extremely defensive. We’ve met up with friends in their lobby/terrace area and could not hear each other talking, we had to take them up to our hallway room to be able to have a conversation. The place has potential however they’re treating it like its some posh establishment in Knightsbridge, London. Even though the rooms are nicely decorated they have issues with water pressure in the shower, shower only has the waterfall shower head so if its not hair day good luck to you, at night and morning it gets cold they have a random heater in the bathroom so overall not child friendly in any way, the AC is so outdated and extremely noisy. I think all of their exhaust pipes and AC units sit right next to the main building rooms and it’s ridiculously noisy they should be informing people of this and have a disclaimer luckily for us we sleep with a sound machine on and we’re able to cover the noise but for normal people that would be absolute nightmare.

Great spot lovely food. We were not aware that we would have to pay extra to use the sauna and hot tub and not included in the booking like every other hotel. Also, the cabana booking should not be the same amount for hotel guests and outside pool guests. We had a friend come for an hour and we had to sit in the parking lot or pay 55$.
