“I booked a jacuzzi room but was not advised they were not pet friendly until I arrived. I was transferred to a ground floor room. The floors were very dirty and the door didn’t shut completely. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, no tissue and the blankets smelled musty. I was really disappointed.”

“The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.”

“I could not stay here and ended up leaving that same day. When I arrived, I realized it was not what I expected. The lobby was very clean, and that is the one positive thing I can say. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell. When I went to ask about my reservation, I was told that was the only room they had available and that it was what showed in their system. Unfortunately, my experience……
