Staff was great, helpful, and understanding. Breakfast was good and while it officially ended at 10, they were accommodating for guests who were a little late (like me) and let us grab food anyway. the pool was perfect for families and relaxation. their fitness centre has great equipment. I cancels my stay immediately upon arrival. Booked a whole house and ended up with a basement bedroom and shared accommodations for the rest of the house including the bathroom. Ad was completely misleading and I would have never of booked a shared accommodation.
