Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. This was our first beach vacation as a family, and it became a very special and memorable experience for my wife, our two daughters, and me. The resort has a beautiful tropical garden, great swimming pools, and a relaxing pool bar. We really enjoyed walking around the garden, interacting with the small animals, and watching the beautiful sunset near Karon Beach. The whole resort has a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff assisted us with our luggage, bookings, airport transfer, and many helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The buffet was very good, especially the Thai food. We also really appreciated the staff singing a birthday song for my wife during her birthday dinner. It was a lovely surprise and made our family dinner even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We sincerely thank all the resort staff for their warm hospitality, friendly service, and thoughtful assistance. You made our first family beach vacation truly special, and we hope to stay here again when we return to Phuket!
