“The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated.
I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had……

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm but I ended up sleeping so good so I guess it wasn’t too bad! Only complaints is the pool is tiny and the hotel smells a bit dated. It could use some new carpet throughout to help with the smell and brighten it up some. It was worth the price and we had a good stay!”

“The General Denver is a charming and well maintained historical hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant is convenient and the food is great! Because this is a historical hotel, some of the rooms may be on the small side. If you are looking for something spacious, this may not be the place for you.”
