Other Things to Note:
The Cabin by the Creek has stairs which could be a falling hazard for small children. A baby gate is in the home for protection from unwanted falls.

For any month-long bookings, we will schedule a cleaning day with you around day 14 to change linens, clean and sanitize the home and restock any necessary supplies. An additional cleaning fee will be charged to your stay to cover this cost.

The Cabin by the Creek runs on a septic tank. To keep this system running smoothly during your stay, please be aware that nothing can be flushed with the exception of toilet paper. Please dispose of all other toiletries and feminine hygiene products in the trash.

Dogs are allowed during your stay with the following guidelines:
$75.00 pet fee
Your dog(s) must be house trained and no chewing issues.
Please keep the couch cover on the sofa during your stay.
Proof of up-to-date vaccines will be required to book.
We ask that you clean up after your pet before check-out.

Any damaged items will be monetarily reimbursed.
