I checked out a day early because I could not sleep in that bed another night! It was very uncomfortable. I had to take out my own trash, there was no housekeeping services provided to us during our stay. I had to park at another location one night, because there was no space to park in the parking garage for the hotel. So frustrating, I will not be back or recommend!

Our room was in an older part of the property, but it was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as I had to have our room changed to a building with an elevator, since I cannot carry heavy items, and could not navigate stairs with our luggage. We were disappointed that the pool at this property was closed, and had to travel a block away to another part of the property for my granddaughter to swim.

They didn’t clean the room very good, there was used soap in the bathroom. But otherwise it was a nice place.

The GTS was clean, well equipped and quiet. We had a lovely suite and were very happy with it. The staff were very responsive when we mentioned a dripping tap. However, they did not fix the blown out flashing light outside our condo and as a result we were unable to sit outside at night. Most frustrating. The grounds also need a face-lift..for example many patio stones were broken or uneven and the "reflecting pool" was empty and an eye sore. That being said it is well located and pleasant and we would stay there again.
