“Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the……

“Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”

“The room was very clean but the bathroom is outdated with no shelf for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash so they sat on the floor. This would be such an easy fix. The older style vanity provides little room for toiletries and I had to lean in a lot to get close to the mirror when putting on make up. Good water pressure from the shower. The mattress was noisy but comfortable. I actually forgot to turn the iron off and it doesn't have an auto switch off if left on, so management should……
