"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "Breakfasts were great, beach was beautiful, the room was clean and very nice. The staff were all amazing from check-in to restaurant staff, pool/beach staff, and security/shuttle service staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a little further from town at Ocean Club East but so convenient with the hotel shuttle taking you to Ocean Club West!"
