“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles.”

“Very friendly staff and very accommodating”

“ Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking”

“First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean.
