Quelques points importants à savoir avant votre arrivée : - Il n'y a pas de réception les soirs de semaine ni la fin de semaine. Lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que je recevrais un courriel 24 heures avant mon arrivée afin de remplir un formulaire, mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. À mon arrivée, j'ai finalement trouvé une feuille avec mon nom, le numéro de ma chambre et la clé, ce qui m'a permis de m'installer sans……

“Very clean and spacious room, everything you need for a nice holiday. Surroundings are pleasant, relaxing and tranquil. Lovely balcony overlooking gardens and water fountain.”

“The room was ok, but would be challenging for anyone who would struggle with stairs and not practical for older people as the bed was up a set of stairs, while the washroom was on the main floor of the room. Accessing the room was also up a flight of stairs. Checking in was an adventure as the hotel reception is only open from 4 to 6pm, we were attending a wedding at 3pm so couldn’t get there. They do have a system to access keys in a lockbox, but getting the details for this was slow and last……

“We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk.……

“The Auberge very high-level and exquisite accommodation on a beautiful property well maintained and manicured. The room was exquisite in its detail and complete this. The location is semi rural, so no traffic noise. The Bistro for breakfast was a buffet with a wide range of extremely well prepared items. Highly recommended!”

“Très bien avec des enfants, piscine intérieur et extérieur, bon restaurant pas trop dispendieux, jeux intérieurs et jeux vidéo, petite fermette dehors, les enfants ont adoré. Seule chose de négative, c'est l'arrivée, nous avons attendu 1 heure en fil pour avoir nos clefs et s'enregistrer. C'est bien long.”

“Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Wonderful amenities and scenic views from everywhere. A gem in the middle of nature. Not super fancy, but has everything you need on this stunning property. Well maintained and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Practical little breakfast options with great coffee. Definitely recommend for a stay in Bromont or the evening before the day at the Spa.”

“There's no on site staff. Was a little confusing. The bathroom walls looks like marble, but its just foam board with mactac stuck on it. All bubbled and peeling so likely getting mould from the shower, but I did not see any. Also for a 2 night stay, 2 adults they only gave us 2 towels. Not the worst stay, not the best.”
