“Character property right in the heart of town. We were greeted warmly and given a good overview of the amenities. Our room was small but clean, quiet and had everything we required, including some old time charm. There is a very nice balcony off the common room but note that it overlooks a noisy traffic intersection. We did not eat at the in house Le Relais but we noticed it did have a nice deck toward the back of the building.”

“Excellent staff! No ice machine and the room layout is inconvenient for toiletries. Our sink was in the room, with no shelf for your personal items.”

“The website states that there is AC and a fan in the room and there was neither. It was blistering hot all night and me and my friend barely slept. The pool looked like a swamp too. Photos are misleading. The restaurant was overpriced but the food was good. When we arrived there was nobody at reception and we stood there for 20 minutes before I went looking for someone. The rooms are not well isolated either so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. Well, to be fair, I would not……

Quelques points importants à savoir avant votre arrivée : - Il n'y a pas de réception les soirs de semaine ni la fin de semaine. Lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que je recevrais un courriel 24 heures avant mon arrivée afin de remplir un formulaire, mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. À mon arrivée, j'ai finalement trouvé une feuille avec mon nom, le numéro de ma chambre et la clé, ce qui m'a permis de m'installer sans……

“We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk.……

“Staff weren't friendly, outgoing or helpful. No information offered on services, amenities available. No maid service at all between first and second nights (no towel changes, beds unmade, coffee supplies not replenished). At departure , no questions were asked as to our stay and our degree of satisfaction......it was as if the establishment was in a mode of shutting down. Totally disappointing experience.”

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had delicious breakfasts served with a smile by Naomi every morning. We will be back to enjoy all the amenities the hotel and the surrounding area has to offer.”
