"Ac workes great, parking wqs easy staff was friendly. Toilet was pretty low to the floor, not sure if its like that in all of the rooms. Saw a few german roaches. Bed was decent. Good for the price. Thanks!"

"The milk was all expired! They ran out of eggs . The pancake maker was not working. They start breaking the breakfast down and closing it 15 minutes before it closes . At 9:15 the cinnamon rolls were turned off and sit aside so they were getting cold. The grits were dried out. In Tuesday morning the attendant was rude. The other days the attendants were nice. Overall the place was great but this part about breakfast needs work!!!"

"Floors were dirty in the room; hallways were dirty. Trash outside room doors when we arrived and still there when we checked out. "

"Basically, the room was clean. Both beds had stained blankets on them. This hotel is under construction, you can get in by using the front door or a side door near the front of the hotel. "

"Pros: No bugs, waffles for breakfast, A/C worked well, responsive staff Cons: Property had no elevator, ice maker on 2nd floor was broken, everything was very old and worn out, bathroom had no venting and yellow stuff growing on ceiling (staff did clean off ceiling once I asked about it). Slightly funky smells in room. My coffee cup literally disintegrated as I was eating breakfast and the coffee spilled out of the bottom. Not sure how this place had such high reviews on expedia, if your only priority is a cheap bug-free hotel this is for you. If you want anything else from your stay don't expect it from this spot until a big renovation."
