I was well treated from check in to check out. Staff is very professional end friendly, especial May(the front desk attendant, who heard to my requests and addressed them beautifully. I definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel to anyone who comes to Boston for business or leisure, with friends or family. The restaurant and bar is amazing, clean, delicious food and a very fun karaoke! It was a great experience!

First time staying @ Crowne Plaza and I am very satisfied with everything-staff, room, even the breakfast each morning was better than you would expect! Tip..spring for the extra$1 when booking your room. If you don’t make it to breakfast you’re just out a dollar, but I made it down every morning and it was So needed! Didn’t make it to the pool, but just the fact they have one is Awesome! I will definitely be back now that I realize how much better they are than a lot of the neighboring hotels in the area!
