When we first arrived we got a bad vibe… it was very trashy all around the property, sketchy looking… I had an issue figuring where the main entrance was because they had no Porte Cochere. Getting the room key was fast. Disappointed there was no pool. Took the one elevator that was working up to our room (level 5) that was scary.. elevator was loud and slow, don’t think that’s gonna last much longer… noticing everything, I was nervous about how our room would be, surprisingly it was clean and a/c worked. Clean sheets and towels, tv works, no tv guide. Water pressure is very strong, flushing the toilet is very loud! Lowes was my window view from 5th floor. Next door is a on the border restaurant we ordered from, but be ready to use that toilet.

Friday night shortly before midnight the smoke detector in my room beeped twice and I didn’t think much of it. The building was evacuated because a guest pulled the alarm on Saturday morning. We left the room in the late afternoon Saturday and didn’t return until after midnight. Upon arrival the smoke detector was beeping every 20 or so minutes. I called the front desk and the young lady work whom was very pleasant said to push the button on the smoke detector and it should stop. It worked for a little bit and around 2:30 AM the detector was beeping every 15 minutes. A little after 5 AM I called the front desk and asked someone to come up and fix the detected. The young lady came up had to YouTube how to stop the hard wired alarm from beeping. After waking my husband up and holding the button for 30 seconds with a continuous alarm sounding she was able to shut it off. Not a great experience at all.

The desk in room was bent/ not flat. The tub had rust and looked mildewy. There was no shower chair/ bathroom was small and wouldn't fit a wheelchair in it. It is partially ada compliant but not fully.. The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information. We were able to check in early which was nice. The incidental fee of $150 is taken fully out of bank and refunded not put on hold. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in other rooms. Experience wasn't the greatest.

The listing states there is a pool for guests but after my poor kiddo was all pumped about swimming the pool is not for the hotel anymore it’s now a swim school? Beyond frustrating but then I have been up all night with screaming drunk people slamming the walls in the hallway outside our room and being that it was 1130pm when i asked them to stop being so loud, it had started hours before and I wasn’t trying to be a jerk I just really couldn’t take it anymore they got worse and I shut my door when one girl starts yelling and slamming my door. I called the desk and a girl asked them to stop and they left. came back and hung out and just didn’t yell but still banging and being really loud right outside our door. It’s 1 am and they are finally stopped for now at least. This place ruined our weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Les bruits de l’extérieur on les entend dans la chambre,mais la chambre est bien équipé! Une grande chambre avec 2 lit. Sauf que le wifi ne passe pas bien avec le bruit de l’extérieur qui dérange sinon tu es au calm.
