HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY. My entire family was infected by COVID except for me who had to escape to a hotel to avoid getting infected. The first room I was put into had hair all over the bathroom, the toilet seat had a line of sticky dust and shreds of hair stuck to it. I called the front desk and the young woman was extremely nice and switched me to another room. This room I could not walk barefoot in without having crumbs and hair stuck to my feet. The bathroom had stains on the shower curtain, and once again gross body hair in the shower. I made the devastating decision to not stay at the hotel and felt that going back to my house to get infected by COVID-19 was better than staying in this hotel. We tried to get a refund and the customer service and management could not have been ruder. Specifically, we spoke to Bob who completely insulted us saying "I know you think this is a fancy hotel but it's not". They refused to give us a refund and even condescendingly told us that essentially they did not believe us. Especially during these times, hotel cleaning should be beyond excellent. I am horrified at how terribly I have been treated, especially during these extremely difficult times, with no one seeming to care. I was not looking for a fancy hotel, I was looking for a clean and safe place to stay while my family recovered. I'm appalled by the extreme disregard for customer service, the health & wellbeing of their customers, & the blatant insulting remarks & refusal to refund.
