This hotel definitely gets some hits and misses. They exaggerate the fact that they have ‘free breakfast.’ The breakfast is really a coffee cart with some pastries from a box. They have DVDs and VHS tapes which is cute in theory but we had a hard time working the setting on the TV and gave up watching a movie. Some the staff were super friendly and helpful some were lukewarm at best. Cute hotel but services was lacking. Stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come in at all to make the bed, replace towels, etc. The faucet on the sink linked from the top when turned out. Curiously, the refrigerator was on a shelf six fee off the ground and was not accessible. No coffee maker in the room. Was told that they have coffee and pastries in the morning - found the coffee.
