The staff was amazing, the front desk girl was so helpful! She recommended a few spots to visit, and those spots definitely made our trip very enjoyable! Overall the hotel vibes were on point! On a personal note the background music was the best part of it! I would definitely come back here every time I come to Boston!

The stay was great! Friendly staff and great service. It was an excellent location. We were right next to the train station and we were able to go anywhere from there. Just an FYI, there is not really a free breakfast here. It’s free coffee + pastry and 20% off at the restaurants next to the hotel.

A great location for most, excellent food/dining all around, next to Newbury street, close to the metro, walking everywhere, easy and accessible. If you need a place to locate while doing what you need to get done in that area of Boston, it's great. The rooms are a little on the small side but quaint and clean. The lobby is tiny, the environment is cozy and the cafes adjacent and integrated with the hotel lively. It is a good place for most and was a place I would travel to again if doing the same in the future.
