"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."

"Cant beat the price of this hotel! It amounts to what it is a nice clean hotel room, small bathroom and central area of Botafogo. Definitely would stay agin especially when budget traveling! Really liked the glitter and sparkles table they had for carnaval goers. Breakfast could be better, but was not bad at all! Staff are young and very friendly. You can get anywhere in the south zone within 10-20 mins from here even less. Definitely recommend especially if you think youre not going to be at the hotel a lot! Cute, quaint, fun"
