“Best hotel in Rio. But Copacabanna beach is not nearly as nice as Ipaniena”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“The staff were very nice, the room was comfortable but relatively basic, the wifi worked well, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent for accessing Copacabana, but not so good for going into the city, it really depends on what you want from Rio”

“I came to this hotel with my boyfriend for 12 days. The service was amazing. Door men are super respectful, always run to grab the elevator for you and hold the door. The maid service was super consistent and exceptional. Very clean rooms. Great AC. 5-minute walk from Copacobana beach and a lot of great restaurants. I would absolutely reccommend this hotel and stay here again.”

“Vou ser muito sincera. Paguei por uma estadia em Copacabana, mas fiquei no Leme. Se soubesse que era no Leme, teria ido para outro hotel. Melhor e mais barato. Quanto cheguei uma pessoa da recepção não foi muito receptiva. Sinceramente, nota 2 de 5. Muito decepcionada. Volto nunca mais.”

“There was no functioning air conditioning Barely any hot water And I ask for a toaster/grill on the first day and never got any! Main bed mattress is worn out complete The couch was also totally run down Location was great! Thank god it was a cheap deal!! I really don’t recommend unless you’re on a budget and ok with camping conditions in an apartment 5/10 ”
