"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. Once inside it is very clean and nice. The balcony overlooks the mountains and valley. There are cute sheep & goats with bells near by who will greet you if you're walking into to town. "Apartment is spacious with an open concept main area, 2 bedrooms and nice bathroom. Located on upper floor with one other apartment below. Beds and bedding are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has ample counter space and fluffy towels. "The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, Glen provided clear instructions. The apartment was very clean. Be aware that there is some noise from the number of restaurants...

"We had a great stay. The jacuzzi is worth it. Great views, great flow. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and spices in the pantry which was awesome. We were a family of 10, 5 adults, 5 kids age 8-12. We all fit comfortably and the kids had a blast on the tereace. Great access to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lautenbrunnen. Restaurants and market close by. We would definitely stay again."

"I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment."

"The property itself is really nice and the staff that was there was helpful, but the check in process is frustrating and long. The hotel is understaffed and a few people are working very hard to try to make things comfortable. Just be prepared to wait.
