Bowling Green Vacations from $313

The conference facility, restaurants and staff warrant a 5 Star review, but my room at the Monroe Guest deserves only 3 Stars. The room was clean and comfortable, but many of the electrical outlets did not work. The sink in the bathroom backed up and would not drain. The iron was broken and I had to request a new one. The carpets in the hallways were worn and stained. It wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from the Hilton Brand.

Nice, clean room, The staff is amazing. The valet team is wonderful. The bar/restaurant staff is great. All-around excellent experience. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Very courteous front desk. Check in was quick and easy.

Room was beautiful. Bed and pillows were 5 star. Hotel was under construction, so it was very noisy. Had to schedule maid service multiple times before they would actually do it. Room had no table or chairs so it was difficult to eat in the room.

The set up was comfortable, clean and efficient.
