“Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in. “The key wouldn’t work. The room was beyond disgusting. There was a mouse trap in the room. The microwave was rusted into. Everything was stained with fluids. The smoke detector was broken. The door going into another room was blocked by a chair. The floors had hair, dirt and stuff everywhere.
