“Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. “Dated. Had to get a different room due to the AC not working correctly and it being unbearably hot. Second room had a strong chemical smell, I think to get rid of the aged smoke smell.”

“The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool”

“Hotel had a grungy feel. No supplies in room. Pillows were small and square like cushions. Check-in was slow with several technical issues. Breakfast was OK for this price range.u”

“I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down.”

“It is an accesible place. Staff very kind. But the rooms don't have enogh light.”

“The property is in the middle of remodeling, the pool was not useable. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, a little disappointed they didn’t do the bathroom, the shower could have used up dating and the water pressure in the shower was low. The staff was very nice for the money I would stay again.”
