"Our Room was clean, there was a football camp and the property had some loud tenants but overall everything was great- pool looked a little cloudy. I do however have a recommendation, rearrange the rooms so the TV is not to the side of the bed. We could not watch TV while laying in the bed, it was a little odd…"

"We were disappointed by the airport shuttle service. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport and were told the shuttle would come in 40 minutes, and in reality we waited at least an hour and a quarter. The communication between the hotel office and the shuttle driver seemed very poor as the driver said she had been at the airport earlier but didn’t know where we were. We were were at the hotel shuttle pick-up location (by arrivals)."

"If you need to overnight in Jackson, don’t stay in Jackson but Brandon is more a family town /safer / Travel Inn is a good choice and not costly!"
