Stylish/Clean 1BD/BA Pointe Royale - Close to Pool - Great Guest Reviews

Come and enjoy vacationing in our comfortable contemporary gated community. Our recently remodeled condo has a king size bedroom with HDTV, Bluray and full bath. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper, HDTV, DVD, high speed wifi and a Play Station 3 for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with ironing accessories. Bath towels, pool towels and linens are provided.

Our condo is located just 15 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and minutes away from the 76 Strip, Lake Taneycomo, Table Rock Lake, State Park Marina and tons of music show.

Pointe Royale has great amenities including 2 outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub and an indoor swimming pool heated year round. It has 2 tennis courts, a fitness center and an 18-Hole PGA golf course with discounted golf rates for condo guests. Pointe Royale also has a lake side park with barbeque grills, picnic tables, children's playground and lakeside trout fishing plus many other onsite amenities including a clubhouse and restaurant.

Cozy. Quiet. Amenities were awesome

Short vacation, and while we knew there was lots to do on Branson, we chose to soend most of our time at the condo. Weather was perfect for the pool. And loved the pickleball courts!The condo had everything we needed and was so well decorated- modern and cozy at the same time. Very convenient having washer and dryer in the condo, as we used the pool everydayWe enjoyed our snacks and beverages on our litte deck, watched the geese families and golfers.Location was great. Assesible to everything we wanted to go see- but felt like off the beaten trail...Gated community nice. We ubered to dinner at the landing.And ubered to 2 shows.But i drove myself to branson west to a quilt store. And was an easy drive.

We’ve stayed at Sage’s properties for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Love waking up in the morning and watching the ducks, geese and other animals in and around the pond. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice place to stay, mom and daughter weekend getaway. Very clean, everything you need for a few days. Only thing I didn’t care about it being on the very bottom level and another room right next door, to enclosed for me. Other than that it was great!! Will definitely stay again.

30 years of memories

We come back every year to this property for the tennis, swimming, hot tub and views. These owners maintain a clean and organized and well appointed unit that has a great kitchen for when we are not dining out.

A Must Stay...

Considering I went with myself and three kids, I can definitely say that this a great place if you have children. Here are some reasons why: 1. Wand shower = easy to bathe my children and not get water all over the bathroom! =) 2. First floor = being able to go out on the balcony and not worry that my child will climb over and fall! 3. Cable TV = I actually knew how to use it unlike some of the other TV "cable" systems I have tried to figure out when traveling. 4. Children's Pool(s) = Not having a panic attack when my small child is in the water. They have an actual one foot pool and half of the big pool is 2.5 feet...amazing! 5. JUST A GREAT, CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX! WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN!

Very Cozy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was super clean, and very cozy and inviting. The bed was super comfortable. Living room area very nice also. We love that there is a washer and dryer! Location is great! Close to all of the things we enjoy.
