“We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge at Schroon Lake. Our room was in the West Lodge which was an easy walk to the dining lodge. Our room was clean, our bed comfortable, and high end amenities were included. We enjoyed relaxing on the private covered balcony in wooden Adirondack chairs with a distant view of the lake. The Lodge beach is being upgraded and should be reopened by June 15, 2026. We were impressed how family friendly the resort is with added bunk beds in the room, outdoor yard……

“I was in need of a hotel room at relatively short notice for a basketball tournament that I was refereeing. I came across the Finger Lakes Inn as it was just a short drive away from where the tournament was being held. Nestled in the Adirondack, it is a pleasant and quaint place to stay. If you like the modern "cookie cutter" hotels this is not it. The rooms have a "cabin in the woods" feel to them, and I mean that is a very good way. The restaurant is very pleasant and my food was excellent.……

“Leslie was very welcoming, the cabin was very well furnished in a spare, beautiful way. The view of the mountains from the bed was a real treat, as was the deep Japanese hot tub.”

“We came in the off season and the place was empty. We were the only guests the entire weekend. The bar and restaurant were not open and there was no staff on site. As such there was no continental breakfast as listed. It was quiet at night and heard birds singing in the morning which was nice. The room was relatively comfortable and warm but there was a good amount of dust under the furniture. The bed was thin but firm and comfortable but there were only two thin pillows for two guests. “It's close to everything downtown”

“Host Leslie was concerned about having us stay in Glamp Bernice during the 30-degree night, so she offered a heated cabin instead, which was pure delight. It is beautifully built and decorated, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies (except we couldn't find pot holders or dish towels), and provided spectacular views through the many large windows. And it was WARM!”

“So comfortable! I even asked where I could buy the pillows! If they put them with their sale merchandise- I certainly would have bought a few! Great stay! Thanks”
