“This is a perfect place for just a few people. There were 4 of us, but 6-8 would have plenty of room. The condo was very clean, WiFi was great, kitchen very nice and roomy. Most importantly steps to the beach. Another plus was the huge porch. The hanging chairs were awesome. We will definitely be back.”

“We had a few days late in July and we were lucky enough to get into Sunnyside this front row condo in Surfside. Check in was easy with the lockbox onsite. Clear instructions in the communication from the owner. The condo was well apportioned with cooking utensils, smart tvs, multiple AC units so every room could be at a different temperature, and even an assortment of stuffies in the bunkroom for the kiddos.
