“The water system in the town is known to be VERY dingy, so much there was black rings in toilet , orange taint under faucet in tub.. concerning when showering. Luckily, they were aware and didn't charge for the grime the water left on their white towels. I enjoyed the set up, but main reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the astronomical deposit, which is only casually mentioned in listing (Expedia).. 1.5k!! And takes over 2 weeks to get back.. if 2 weeks without 1500 isn't inconvenient, then……

“Other than the elevator not working at check-in (typical of Sescape), we enjoyed our overall stay. The room was clean and plenty of linens were provided which was nice. We did cook in the unit. I wish there had been more eating utensils. Lots of handwashing since only 2 dishwash pods were provided. That little fan in the hallway was SO helpful for the kids in the bunks. We lugged our travel Keurig coffeemaker down there only to find there actually was one. Overall, we would stay here again.”

“Check in via the condo was quick however, the key was not in the lockbox. Spent the next 1.5 hours waiting to get inside the condo. There are 2 lockboxes and neither had a key. There is a touchpad on the door but they wouldn’t provide me the code. I had to keep calling the mgmt co BeachBox for updates. I was hung up on once. I was never offered even an apology. I would not recommend this condo or any place managed by BeachBox.”
