"Gorgeous home in a great location with ONE caveat! The house was clean but smelled VERY strongly of fragrance. I personally have a fragrance allergy (not deadly or anything) and expect some residual cleaning odors. Usually a couple of hours with the windows open is enough to dissipate any residual cleaning smells. In this house the cleaners sprayed ALL the pillows, couches and fabric chairs with some really strong scent. Luckily, I found some unsprayed pillows in a closet but I was not able to sit on the couch, chairs or ottomans. Even my non-allergic family found the house way too scented. If you don't have an issue with strong, chemical smells then you will find this house extremely comfortable. The home has beautiful views and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed and there are many thoughtful touches like dog waste bags outside, labeled light switches and a plate of fresh, delicious cookies from a local bakery on arrival. The location was close to beach access and a couple of easy blocks to downtown and the small boardwalk on the north end.The only other negative thing was the outdoor shower was broken and that was disappointing as an outdoor shower is one of my favorite things. I mentioned it to Jerry early in the week but he didn't respond despite the fact that he was responsive to all my other questions.If the outdoor shower was fixed and the cleaners toned down all the fragrance, this would be the perfect house!"
