Armathwaite Hall Hotel
We had a wonderful 3 night stay just after the New Year. The hotel is full of character, and the room we had was clean, spacious and well appointed. Service and food amazing. Not cheap but well worth the price given the experience we had.

Lake District Castle Inn
Room 31 was clean and tidy, but the shower was too hot, and a leaking tap. The room we were moved to (127) was also very clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hot tub/jaccuzi could have been warmer. When we went in it was not very warm.

John Duftons Barn

Place was very clean and there was packed yeas and coffee which was nice.Shops were close so we were able to buy our takeout

Lodge de lujo, Bassenthwaite, Nr Keswick, al pie de Skiddaw.
Everything was great! Lodge is perfect for 2 but easily fits 4 people. We had some welcoming presents and everything was very clean and tidy. Location is ideal. We would definitely recommend it.
