“The Carriage House is good for lunch but not for dinner. 1887 bar had good food. Didn't go to the beach because it was too dangerous to swim and it was covered in seaweed. The hotel room itself is a nice refuge. Pool was great. Bring plenty of small bills in cash. Overall it was ok”

“The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent.”

The staff are a true credit to the hotel and we heartily thank them for one of our most magical vacations ever. “Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal.……

Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again.”

“De villa wordt elke morgen schoongemaakt door housekeeping. Met de kok konden we de maaltijden samenstellen naar onze voorkeuren. Het eten werd goed bereid en mooi opgediend. De boodschappen kunnen online besteld worden. Het zwembad was fijn en groot genoeg. Het strand ligt op max. 1 minuut lopen waarbij je het idee hebt dat je het strand enkel voor ons was. Vanuit de villa heb je een mooi toezicht op de zee.”

“The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice.”

“We had such a great stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has an incredible view of the ocean. It was very peaceful, the beds are super comfortable all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing they kept our room spotless every day. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if your visiting Barbados. The only thing I felt was lacking was entertainment.”
