Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. "

"I was disappointed with my visit. The staff morale was very poor, very unfriendly employees. The hotel frequently books large group events and the space is directly below many rooms, one night the music and noise continued past midnight. The restaurant prices are extremely high and poor quality, we enjoyed meals outside of the property as a result. The pool was closed for most of the day on one day of our visit for cleaning but when it reopened it was really cloudy and we noticed a foamy film buildup on the side of the pool. On a positive note, cleaning staff was very thorough and our room was well maintained. The beach is amazing and the hotel location was perfect. "

The lady staff who cleaned the rooms on the 2nd floor was a gem. The food was excellent as well. A small all inclusive boutique resort that was well staffed, clean and comfortable. "

Would highly recommend this resort to everyone. All-inclusive facilities were great, loved the pina coladas and mango coladas, and the staff couldn’t be nicer to us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on a trip to Barbados."
