Shouting commands to the staff is annoying for the guest. Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent - great variety and also a special menu for health food, vegetarian, gluten and lactose free selections. Beach: Well maintained, clean white beach, great swimming and attentive beach support"

"The rooms were cleaned twice per week; I would recommend to do this every other day. Even twice per week, they forget to clean the floors. They also forget to regularly fill up amenities such as coffee, milk, soap, shampoo. For me this was the 1st time to encounter a hotel that it was challenging to get enough shampoo. The beach is close by, however can be rough and difficult to swim in. The breakfast options where limited a la carte; 50% was not available. If want a perfect experience in barbados suggest to seek a hotel more north from this location."

Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of."
