“place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt.”

“Great place to stay for the weekend and golf courses close by. Clean room, accurate description, will stay again.”

“The room was OK no covers on the box. Springs showerhead definitely needs to be replaced.”

“Enjoyed our stay. We did ask for some coffee pods, or a coffee maker and never heard back. Hot tubs were broken. Which was a bummer ”

“Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much.”

“Room was listed as a one bedroom with king bed and a couch. Listing stated the room accommodated 4 people. When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. The unit is in need of updates as the couch is in rough shape with rips and patches that……

“We had a wonderful visit to SLC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this roomy, clean and modern home. Everything was as expected. The host was friendly and responsive and the location was convenient for our agenda. It is about a 15-20 min walk to Fairmont Park (has a dog park) and another 5-10 min walk to the main part of Sugar House. Highly recommend an early walk to and around Sugar House Park in the warm months. It is a quick drive from the house to downtown SLC and easy access to……
