When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. I was so relieved when I tried out the bed (first thing) after I arrived.This condo is everything for location in Johnson City, and is located on the 1st floor of the building.
